SOMA+ Somatic Healing Integration for Sensitives
Insight doesn't move stored patterns. The body has to be part of the process.
SOMA+ works directly with your nervous system, your parts, and the places change has to reach to actually last. This is structured, supported, embodied work — and you don't do it alone.
- Breath, movement, and awareness-based state shifts
- Re-patterning of subconscious responses at the nervous system level
- Regulation as a learnable skill, not something you have to force
