hey, I'm Rio
I work at the intersection of strategy, embodiment, and intuitive creation — bringing together two worlds that are usually kept separate: grounded strategy and embodied, intuitive work.
With over 14 years in the healing arts and 15+ years in marketing, I studied marketing formally, worked hands-on with wellness clinics and holistic practitioners across Montreal, Spain, Guatemala, and Peru, and built my own parallel path through somatic work, Reiki, shadow work, and holistic education.
What emerged is Conscious Creatrix: a way of building and expressing your work that doesn't separate intuition from structure, or spirituality from strategy. I help creators, healers, and spiritual entrepreneurs clarify their message, refine their offers, and build aligned practices that feel clear, sustainable, and true to their nervous system — not just their ambition.
