Hey, I'm Rio
Reiki Teacher · Somatic Naturotherapist · Bioenergetic EducatorLearning Reiki in 2009 radically transformed my life. I released deep-rooted blockages and traumas I had been carrying since childhood — with energy work I found peace, clarity, and a depth of healing I didn't even know I needed. My sensitivity became a gift, rather than a burden.
After a decade of dedicated study and practice, I began teaching Reiki in 2018 and traveled to Peru to deepen my healing work. In 2020, I founded Inner Alchemy Academy — an online space for embodied energy healing, quantum transformation, and practitioner training.
Over 17 years, I've accumulated tried-and-true techniques to heal the shadow and work with light. I draw from 6 Reiki academies across Canada, the US, and South America, weaving traditional Japanese Reiki together with bioenergetics, breathwork, somatic practices, and quantum healing. My mission is to activate healers — to help you recognize the radical power within you and step into your gifts with confidence.
